The core philosophy that drives the entire Happy World Network is "Venture Activism" defined as "seeking to profit from social advancements while helping to overcome the world's economic, environmental and political challenges". This new expression is much more than a combination of "Venture Capitalist" and "Activist" as it defines the core philosophy of this new movement that combines internet technology, modern business practices, and effective activism to make "Doing the Right Thing" easy, fun and profitable. By becoming a Venture Activist, the average person can transform themselves from a willing participant in the outdated and destructive "20th Century Industrialist Society" to a forerunner of the new and improved "21st Century Sustainable Society" that will liberate all of us from the wasteful, stressful, and corrupt lifestyles of the past, and a supporter of local economies and entrepreneurial ventures that will help create a Happier World for everyone.

The practice of "Venture Activism" provides both lucrative investment opportunities for venture capitalists, and an improved economic environment for entrepreneurs. These opportunities are created by the social and political activism that raises public awareness about how new, 21st Century social systems can restore the environment instead of destroying it; promote healthy lifestyles instead of disease, provide free-market business opportunities to average people instead of concentrating the world's wealth within 1% of the population, and reform governments made-up of liars, bunglers and thieves into institutions that truly serve the best-interests of the electorate. As this public education progresses, many people's personal habits will change, and their buying habits will change along with them. These changes will shift consumer capital away from the traditional 20th Century corporate giants, who have earned a shameful reputation for manipulating their stock values to swindle average investors, supporting dictatorships to undermine free economies, and destroying the environment at the expense of future generations. At the same time, these changes will shift consumer capital toward the start-up companies of the 21st Century who utilize environmentally sustainable manufacturing methods, alternative energy systems, holistic health care practices, fair-trade policies, independent distributors, and sweeping political reforms. As these economic shifts occur, investment securities in the traditional 20th Century corporate giants will decline in value, as the value of the 21st Century start-up companies skyrocket, thus creating very lucrative investment opportunities for savvy investors, and an improved economic environment for entrepreneurs. In both cases, "Venture Activism" offers the opportunity for average people to take greater control of their investments by enlightening people about how each of their purchases is a vote for the corporate policies that will shape our future, and advocating for the abandonment of the corporate behemoths in favor of the progressive and inclusive small companies that the "Venture Activists" either own, have invested in, or do business with.

"Venture Activism" is about much more than making money. It's mostly about promoting the concept of "Global Happiness" as the ultimate human achievement (as opposed to impetuous profiteering, power over others, and other popular 20th Century pursuits). While the actual achievement of Global Happiness could take hundreds of years to realize, the goal of promoting popular public awareness of "Global Happiness being the ultimate human achievement" could be realized within our lifetime, along with all the rewards this new social perception can immediately offer. Just as the 19th century started amid the "American Revolution" and the 20th century started with an "Industrial Revolution", the 21st century starts with a "Sustainable Technology Revolution" that promises a simpler and easier way for people to access the power of both government and industry. The Happy World Network is responding to the challenges of today's social and economic changes by helping people successfully participate in the new Technology Revolution that is re-shaping our world. The Happy World Network's combination of Referral-Driven Commerce and Online Democracy is the formula for transforming George Orwell's dark vision of an oppressive "Big Government" into the most liberating era in human history, with technology allowing all of the "Little Brothers and Sisters" to become active directors of what government and industry does. Never before has such awesome power been available to the populace, making possible a system of true self-determination that Thomas Jefferson could only have dreamed of. The Happy World Network's "Next Generation" technology forms the basis of a "New American Revolution" that will be faster, easier, less costly, and more effective than any movement in the past. Working together with these new abilities, today's "Venture Activists" will establish a new trend to complete the work that our America's forefathers began, by delivering the utopian society they envisioned, to a world that longs to be happy.




Venture Activism isn't all about making money. It's mostly about promoting the concept of "Doing the Right Thing" to achieve global happiness. For most of us, "Doing the Right Thing" starts with taking care of yourself and the people you know, in a way that helps others and doesn't hurt anyone. It then extends into getting involved in the improvement of your community, economy, and country; and the "advanced do-gooder" will get involved in improving conditions around the world as well, to whatever extent they are able. "Doing the Wrong Thing" is generally regarded as Killing, Harming and/or Deceiving others, which usually presents itself in the opposite order: You are first deceived into thinking that a certain thing or activity is OK, when in fact it is harmful to yourself or to others, and may even be killing people. For instance, we all know that advertising is deceitful, that politicians lie, that big businesses abuse their power, and that these activities can result in people getting misled, hurt, or even killed. But most people seem willing to just accept these evils as "the way things are" or even join into the immorality if it helps to pay their bills. This is the standard 20th Century social model, and it's still accepted and practiced by many people today.

What if "Doing the Right Things" were equally profitable, or even more profitable than "Doing the Wrong Things"? What if they were easy to identify, easy to participate in, and even fun? Then it would be easier to do away with the old 20th Century conventions and start building a happier world for the future. The Happy World Network is devoted to supporting a global network of Venture Activists, and providing them with technology and services that will help them to irrefutably demonstrate how "Doing the Right Thing" can turn these negative 20th Century trends around, provide an easy and fun way for people to get Active in developing a less destructive and more enlightened society, and profit from their participation in this "Venture Activist" movement.

During the brief course of the 20th Century, industrial equipment and household appliances eliminated the toil and drudgery of human existence for most 1st-world people, with modern technology providing shorter workweeks, longer lifespans, and a vastly easier and more enjoyable existence for those who were willing to let go of their primitive, 19th Century social paradigms. Futurists now predict that both technology and total human knowledge will advance in the 21st Century at a rate that is many times faster than anything we have witnesses in the past, which will offer nearly utopian lifestyles to those willing to let go of their outdated, 20th Century "Rat-Race" paradigm. Historians note that even as late as 1950, most of the world had not adopted the benefits of modern society and continued to live the hard, short, and meager lives of primitive people. In addition, the company communicates a preference for responsible buying habits that support energy conservation, low carbon emissions, and local businesses that produce high-quality, long-lasting products using environmentally sustainable business practices; in preference over the thoughtless over-consumption of energy and cheap merchandise that is manufactured in countries with little or no environmental protection, require vast amounts of fossil fuel to be delivered, and require frequent replacement.

In its promotional materials and web sites, Happy World Network, Ltd. communicates a preference for the social principles outlined in the Preamble of the Constitution of the United States of America, the political system outlined in the same document, and the civil liberties outlined in the associated Bill of Rights; in preference over the return to a feudalistic government that preferentially caters to its wealthiest citizens while ignoring the exploitation of the larger populace, and intimidates or punishes those who reject this social regression.
