To ensure that the best possible value is being provided to the Happy World Network, the company relies on its Membership for suggestions on how to improve, advance or enhance our Member Services. While our Rated Member Directories serve as the main resource for organizing these suggestions, a more expedient method of Member representation is required to handle the more immediate issues that may arise. In addition, the Membership needs dedicated personnel to organize and manage all the Local Venture Activist Luncheons and Regional Happy Parties that are offered, handle local public relations and promotion within each region, and lobby government representatives to support the social solutions selected by the majority of Happy Voter participants. To serve all of these needs, the company has instituted an "Area Delegate" system that allows the Membership to select its association leadership by popular voting, using the Rated Member Directory System to both submit candidates and vote for them. This system will automatically select a popular Delegate to represent the Membership and manage association events in each telephone-area-code district, as well as Regional Organizers and a National Chairperson to oversee and organize the elected management. This system of popular voting for regional leadership helps the Happy World Network to grow in a healthier and more effective way that confirms how integral each Member is to the association's success, and how important each Members opinion is to the growth of the Network. The very nature of democracy is to bypass the favoritism, nepotism and cronyism that commonly exists in large corporate environments, and replaces these medieval hiring practices with an inclusive selection process that brings forth the best talent, and fosters popular support for new managers. While it is certainly not a perfect system, the Happy World Network's executive staff is proud to incorporate the principles of democracy, which have made all nations that use them the envy of the world, into our Venture Activist association. We hope you will participate and help us to make the Happy World Network the most effective and impressive association in the world.
