During the 4th Quarter of 2008, Happy World Network, Ltd. will launch its Founding ProfitRaiser to sell its first 10,000 ProfitRaising Systems, and gross its first million dollars in sales.  This Million Dollar ProfitRaiser will provide the funds needed to realize the remainder of this strategic plan, and be spearheaded by the longtime supporters of The Venture Activist Movement who assisted with its early development, and participated in the numerous test-marketing campaigns that helped to shape the association into what it has become today.

Also during the 4th Quarter of 2008, Happy World Network, Ltd. will implement its 13 Regional Organizers Recruitment Campaign, recruiting qualified professional who can effectively manage our Membership expansion.  These Regional Organizers will be selected from lists of experienced Community Organizers, Entrepreneurs, Executive Managers, Art Producers, Professional Networkers, and Human Resource Professionals. The Founding Members who have exhibited superior expertise in quickly building a Venture Activist Team, successfully managing the Members within their Team, and effectively promoting the company's products and services, will be offered highly-paid, company positions as "Interim Regional Organizers". Those who perform well in these positions are very likely to be elected by the Membership in the Delegate Elections, and continue into their first "official" term after our first National Convention in July of 2009. Regional Organizers will become full-time company employees who organize and host the Regional Happy Parties in their region, oversee regional public relations and promotions, lobby government representatives to support the social solutions selected by the majority of Happy Voter participants, and stay in close communication with the "Area Delegates" in their region.

During the 1st Quarter of 2009, Happy World Network, Ltd. will establish its 220 "Interim Area Delegates" from the remainder of top-producing Founding Members who participated in the Regional Organizers Recruitment Drive (each area identified by its telephone area code). These will also be highly paid, company positions that will continue until the National Convention in July of 2009, with those who perform well in these positions being very likely to be elected by the Membership for continuing terms. Area Delegates will become part-time company employees who will be managed by the Regional Organizers, and launch our National Membership Drive by organizing and hosting Venture Activist Luncheons in their telephone-area-code districts. Area Delegates will also assist with Regional Happy Party promotions and local public relations, lobby government representatives to support the social solutions selected by the majority of Happy Voter participants, and stay in close communication with the Membership in their telephone-area-code district.

Also during the 1st Quarter of 2009, Happy World Network, Ltd. will expand the Movement with a target marketing campaign aimed at professionals in the Health Maintenance, Energy Conservation and Fair Trade industries, to bring their knowledge and experience into the our Venture Activist Movement.  Specifically, we will target Personal Trainers, Holistic Practitioners, Energy Conservation and HVAC Contractors, Solar Energy Contractors, and merchandising professionals who have experience with Fair Trade products.  This campaign will not only bring more Venture Activists into the Movement, but also help to support the membership in their efforts to participate in these important industries.

During the 1st Half of 2009, the "Interim Area Delegates" will begin to expand the management team to include “Interim Zip Code Directors” who will manage a reliable schedule of Venture Activist Luncheons and Venture Activist House Parties in each of the 1,000 three-digit zip code prefix areas in the US (identified by the first three digits of a zip code).  Zip Code Directors will become contracted assistants to the Area Delegates, and will be paid on a per-event basis.  Zip Code Directors will also endeavor to ensure that there is at least one Happy World Network Venture Activist in each city and/or town within their three-digit zip code prefix areas, to establish full representation in every community in the US.  By the time this process is complete, the first series of "Citizen Policy Topic Articles" will be completed, as will the first use of the Citizen Policy System to “elect” the Movement’s most popular social solutions. By the end of 2009, the Happy World Network's elected "Area Delegates" and "Regional Organizers" will have drafted official legislation that represents the most popular social solutions elected by the Membership, ready for introduction into the Congress and state legislatures in 2010.  This effort will surely have a major effect on the "politics as usual" planned by the major political parties, and will therefore become very newsworthy, and provide substantial material for the creation of press releases and professional press kits for the promotion of the Happy World Network brand.

After the National Convention in July of 2009, the duly elected "Area Delegates" and "Regional Organizers" as described above will work to establish regular Regional Happy Parties every month in each region, and daily Venture Activist Luncheons and Venture Activist House Parties in each of the 1,000 three-digit zip code prefix areas in the US.  These professionals will work toward building the value of these events by encouraging Member participation and business exhibition, and by creating exciting party themes, hiring talented entertainers, recruiting interesting speakers, organizing public debates, and fostering party environments that encourage interaction, networking, cooperation, teamwork, and most of all, fun!  After the National Convention in January of 2010, the elected "Area Delegates" and "Regional Organizers" will also expand their duties to include the organization and management of aggressive Public Relations Campaigns on the local, regional, and national levels. These campaigns will endeavor to draw substantial public attention to the body of work created by the Membership in the Referral Marketplace and Citizen Policy communities, and to promote the free use of the information offered in these communities by non-Members, to make the Happy World Network brand a household name in the United States.

The United States has traditionally been at the forefront of nearly every major social revolution in the world for the past 240 years. Starting with the American Revolution, followed by the Industrial Revolution, then skipping Communism in preference of a more libertarian Counterculture Revolution (recently adopted by both Russia and China) followed by the recent Technology Revolution. If history is any indicator of the future, then a successful "Venture Activist Revolution" in the United States will once again serve as the template for global change, with the profit incentive making social shifts to more rational and sustainable social models irresistible to global populations; and providing a golden opportunity for each Venture Activist to expand their Team globally and profit greatly from the spread of Venture Activism throughout the world.

As the Happy World Network grows and the services it offers become more popularized, concept imitation will become inevitable. As the Citizen Policy System's "Truth-Seeking, Problem-Solving Journalism" exposes the factual deficiencies inherent in the mainstream media conglomerates, and the insignificance of purely reactive news agencies, the need for these institutions to adapt to a more reliable and useful model will become a matter of survival. Similar changes will also occur in the corporate sector as the "Venture Activism Movement" drives consumer boycotts and/or organized support for individual retail items based upon the "business ethics report" for that item, it's manufacturer, and/or its supply chain. Here again, existing organizations such as Consumer Reports and the Better Business Bureau are sure to imitate the concept, along with a host of start-up companies that seek to capitalize on the trend. While existing patents and trademarks will protect the company's branding and the exact systems as presented by Happy World Network, Ltd., only minor modifications will be necessary to bypass these legal protections. Furthermore, the stated position of the company on this issue is to allow concept imitation, and even encourage it (possibly including open-source software availability) not only as a social expression of "Doing the Right Thing" by sharing a valuable social resource, but also as a powerful public relations device, as each instance of a major institution adopting these systems creates a new opportunity to draw attention to the originator (known as the "First to Market Advantage").

When all of the above has come to pass, and "Venture Activism" becomes the social norm, the old 20th Century social paradigms of “destructive industrialism” and "citizenship as a spectator sport" will have passed, ushering in a new social paradigm where it is common for average citizens help to shape the news articles they read, the laws they obey, the conduct of their leaders, and the economy that feeds us all, by voting with their dollars, as well as their ballots, to help create a happier world for everyone.
